The following is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on the Qube Cinema sites and applications where this appears, including sites and applications where we facilitate ticket resale transactions (collectively, the "Site"). CURRENCY
All ticket prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).
PAYMENT METHODS
Qube Cinema accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI to accommodate your needs. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
Further, Qube Cinema is under no obligation to monitor the merchant establishment's service used by you; the merchant establishment alone will be responsible for all obligations under the contract including (without limitation) warranties or guarantees. Any dispute with or complaint against any merchant establishment must be directly resolved by the Customer with the merchant establishment. It is also clarified that Qube Cinema shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency in services purchased using Cheers. This exclusion of liability shall apply even for services made available by Cheers under promotional schemes. You are instructed to satisfy yourself regarding the quality, quantity and fitness of any service before purchasing the same.
Any amount transferred erroneously by the Customer to any merchant establishment shall not be refunded to the Customer by Qube Cinema in any circumstances.
In the event of any dispute, Qube Cinema’s records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through use of Cheers website through any of the payment modes described above.
Cheers shall send all customer communications by SMS and/or email and the SMS shall be deemed to have been received by you after they have been submitted for delivery to the mobile phone operator.
You agree to receive all commercial messages including transactional messages from Cheers.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We facilitate the sale of on-screen greetings on behalf of Theatre Partners, which means we do not control or determine the display slots, duration, or screen locations where greetings are shown. Theatre Partners may choose to display only the base display price (i.e., excluding applicable taxes or service fees) while you are customizing or booking your greeting on the platform. However, all applicable taxes and charges will be reflected and collected at the time of payment.
You shall be solely responsible for any charges, fees, duties, taxes, or levies that arise from the use of the Cheers service. Additionally, in the event of a revision in tax rates or the introduction of new levies by the Government, any resulting increase in the price charged by Theatre Partners shall be borne by you.
Please note that the display slots for greetings are typically limited and offered across multiple distribution points including online and offline. Most of these channels access a shared display schedule and inventory, which means high-demand time slots may be booked quickly and are subject to availability.
Further, we would like to inform you that the payment gateway page redirected when you try to make payment to complete your order belongs to our business partner Justickets Pvt Ltd. This is a temporary internal arrangement between us and kindly note that we are of developing our own dedicated payment gateway.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation SMS or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Cheers Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Qube Cinema will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

We never ask for any sensitive information including but not limited to account/card information (except in the transaction page when you place your order ) and we further request you not to share the same with any third party. Qube Cinema shall not be held responsible for any losses arising as a result of you sharing your personal/sensitive information with a third party.
CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED EVENTS
Occasionally, movies may be cancelled, advanced or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the same.
If a movie is cancelled, and you have placed your order through Cheers, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card, debit card, Internet banking account or any other payment method that you used to purchase that ticket.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Before placing orders, carefully review your movie and show-time & theatre selection. Policies set forth by Theatres generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after an order has been placed, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
